Role-appropriate AI literacy with records of completion. Support for the obligation, never a compliance certificate.

Small, sharp applications for Irish SMEs, like FieldSpark, our live app for ESB vegetation management contractors. Built by the same engineers who teach.

02The flagship

AI for Biopharma Manufacturing, delivered with NIBRT.

Two days at NIBRT in Dublin, taught on LearnSpark, the iPad-first platform we built for this course. Participants work through nine scenarios drawn from real manufacturing: deviation investigations, process drift, batch record review, audit preparation. Every decision is assessed in real time, with feedback on analytical depth, quality of evidence, regulatory awareness and decision-making.

Next cohorts at NIBRT: 21 and 22 September, then 9 and 10 December 2026.

Partners and networks

Who we deliver with.

Our courses reach organisations through the institutes we teach with, the body that accredits us, and the Skillnet Ireland networks that part-fund training for their members. Network membership is often what makes the training affordable, so it is worth checking before you budget for it.

We have also been awarded programmes with IHF Skillnet, Learning Waves Skillnet, ICOS Skillnet, ICBE Aviation Skillnet and ICBE Digital Programmes, with more in progress.

Ask us which network fits your organisation and we will check eligibility on the call.

How we work.

Practitioners, not consultants.

Our founding team spent close to three decades combined automating and validating production lines before teaching anyone else how.

Regulated-industry depth.

GxP, GAMP 5, computerised system validation and Annex 11 are working vocabulary here, not chapter headings.

Taught on real tools.

Courses run as hands-on sessions with live AI tools and your own workflows, not slide decks. Judgement is the skill being trained.

West of Ireland, all of Ireland.

Frequently asked questions.

Often, yes. We deliver through Skillnet Ireland networks, which part-fund training for member companies. We have been awarded programmes with Industry 4.0, Construction IT Alliance, Construction Professionals, Sligo Chamber, IHF, Learning Waves, ICOS and ICBE Aviation Skillnet networks. Eligibility depends on your sector and the network, so we confirm it for you as part of the discovery call.

Yes. GenSpark Solutions is an accredited provider with The CPD Certification Service, and participants receive a certificate on completion. Our provider listing is public at cpduk.co.uk.

No course can certify compliance, and you should be careful with any provider that claims otherwise. Article 4 places an AI literacy obligation on providers and deployers of AI systems. AI Foundations is designed to support that obligation with role-appropriate training and records of completion.

In person. AI Foundations runs to three hours and the other five CPD courses to four hours, delivered at your site or a venue that suits. The biopharma flagship is two days at NIBRT in Dublin.

Yes, group bookings are the normal case. Our CPD courses run with groups of 5 to 20. We tailor exercises to your workflows before the first session, and Skillnet subsidies apply to group training too.

No. The course is built for quality, process science, manufacturing and operations professionals, typically with three to fifteen years in industry. The platform handles the technical side. The course trains your judgement about what AI produces.
